Cancellation and Change Of Date policy:

Cancellation Policy
Guests can cancel free of charge by giving 14 days notice before the scheduled check-in date. For less than 14 days notice, Guests are only allowed to postpone (Change Of Date) their booking to another date. No cancellation or postponement will be entertained for any notice given less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Change Of Date Policy
All requests are subject to availability and rates may vary. Guests must commit to pay the rate differential should it occur. Change of date request must be made no less than 7 days before the scheduled check-in date.

Wedding Cancellation Policy
No cancellation nor refunds for any deposit / payment made will be entertained for wedding bookings. However, wedding bookings have the option of postponing the event (Change of Date) or converting the booking into a holiday stay.

Change of Date event must be utilized within 6 (six) months from the date of postponement.
